DM-10

DM-10 is a high tear strength, high elongation addition cure mold making RTV silicone rubber. It has low shrinkage and reproduces the most intricate detail down to 1 micron. DM 10 is low viscosity, fast curing, outstanding release properties, good chemical resistance, both thick and thin section cure, odorless, & non-toxic. It contains no by-products, and is non-allergenic.

Use Instructions

Pre mix DM 10 Base thoroughly. Weigh out the required amount and add the required amount of Catalyst. Mix thoroughly scraping both the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Evacuate the air and then pour into the Mold.

Cure Schedule

20-30 minutes @ room temperature
